Set you remember last year when BlogHer was in San Diego and I attended a fantastic food for thought photography and styling workshop hosted by Hillshire Raise? Ingredients:

  • 1 Hillshire Farm Beef Polska Kielbasa
  • 1 package of intact mushrooms
  • 1 punnet of Roma tomatoes
  • 1 Green River bell pepper
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 tbs olive anoint
  • 2 tbs oleoresin vinaigrette
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp preserved thyme

Plough the interior stove-top grill onto medium-malodorous and pre-heat (alternatively, you can grillwork these outdoors too, but I was needing a quick indoor grilling dish out).

Combine the olive oil, balsamy vinaigrette, minced garlic, and thyme in a small bowl and set parenthesis.

Next, train the rest of your ingredients – piece the beef polska kielbasa, chop the stems off the mushrooms and spinach plant, and ready the Allium cepa and green pepper into bite-sorted pieces.
